I started belly dancing a year ago when I was having problem getting rid of the baby fats after I gave birth to my 2nd baby. I feel my tummy bulging every time I wear my old clothes, and telling you I don't like it honestly. I tried exercising but I was only good at the beginning. When I remember belly dance I purchased 1 foreign tape and there the scene started. I enjoy doing it. Actually I noticed the improvement of my belly till I decided to find another tape. Weeks ago I got the one for abs, arms, hips and other body parts toning. I started using it then my back and abs were so hurt when I wake up after the first time.
