There were 12 lovely finalists who participated in the beauty pageant last night for Miss Cebu 2010. The lucky winner who got the beauty, the brain and who have the talent to promote Cebu's tourism is no other than finalist # 4 Reena Elena A. Malinao. She's a 21 yrs. old and from the school of Cebu Normal University.
